When was the company founded?

We were founded in 2016 as Global E-Sports Entertainment Group LLC. In September 2020, we completed a group reorganization of commonly owned company and introduced Esports Technologies, Inc., a Nevada corporation, as the ultimate parent company.

When did the company go public?

The company went public in April 15, 2021.

When does the company’s fiscal year end?

For financial reporting purposes, our fiscal year ends on September 30.

Where does the company hold gaming licenses?

Our gaming sublicense is from the Curacao Gaming Authority, which allows us to accept esports and sports wagers from residents of more than 149 jurisdictions. During 2021 we intend to target additional markets in which we are presently licensed to accept wagers, including Japan, Thailand, Mexico and South America.

Where does the company operate?

Currently our primary markets are in the Philippines and, to a lesser extent, Latin America.

Does the company pay cash dividends on its stock?

We do not have any current plans to pay cash dividends. Our working capital is focused on expanding our technology and growing our market share.

Does the company provide a direct stock purchase plan (DSSP)?

Esports Technologies does not have a direct stock purchase plan at this time.

Stockholders of record should contact our transfer agent regarding a change of address, lost stock certificates and other related matters.
